If you’d like to book a room, please fill in the form below.

Along with the form, please also attach:

  1. Tenant(s) proof of address (e.g.an official document showing your name and current residence, commonly a recent utility bill or bank statement)

  2. Guarantor proof of address (within the EU)

  3. Tenant national ID card (front and back) or copy of passport

  4. Guarantor national ID card (front and back) or copy of passport

  5. Tenant proof of university / university attestation

  6. If non EU, a copy of your visa for your stay

    • You may initially provide an acceptance letter, but will need an official attestation to verify your student status.

  7. Proof of funds of tenant or guarantor (i.e. Recent bank statements or an income slip for the last 3 months) 

  8. Profile picture (this can also be your ID photo)

Note: If you’re an EU student looking to rent a room, your guarantor must live in your home country. They need to be a relative or closes to you. If you’re a non-EU student looking to rent a room, your guarantor must live in Belgium. They need to be a relative or closes to you. In the event of no guarantor, we may accept full payment of rent and costs upfront. 

Tip: Compress files into a zip file if total size is greater than 25MB.

Next Steps

Once your reservation details have been provided, we will assign you a room and draw up a rental contract agreement for you to sign.

We will require a deposit (equivalent of two months rent), and one month advance rent to be paid to secure your room.
