Our Shared Kitchen, Our Shared Care
Dear CityCampus Family,
Our clusters are more than just a place to stay — it’s a small community within our campus. It’s where friendships are built, late-night study sessions turn into shared meals, and the kitchen becomes the heart of our daily lives.
Because we all share this space, each of us plays an important role in keeping it welcoming and comfortable for everyone.
We’ve recently noticed a few recurring issues in the kitchen area, especially around bin cleaning and utensils being left in the sink or on the tables. While it may seem small in the moment, these habits quickly affect the entire cluster.
Let’s gently remind ourselves of a few important habits:
🗑 If the bin is full, please take a moment to empty it and leave it clean.
🍽 Please don’t leave utensils, plates, or pans in the sink or on tables. Wash, dry, and put them away right after use.
✨ Wipe surfaces and leave the kitchen tidy once you’re done.
Cleaning up after yourself is not just about rules — it’s about respect. Respect for the cleaning staff, for your neighbors, for the shared environment, and for the sense of community we are building together.
A clean kitchen is a small daily gift we can offer one another. It makes coming home feel lighter, more peaceful, and more respectful. And it only takes a few extra minutes.
Let’s continue to make your cluster a place you’re proud to call home — welcoming, respectful, and supportive.
Thank you for being part of what makes this cluster feel like home. 💛

OUR 1st Cluster Leads Meeting of 2026
For our very first Cluster Leads meeting of 2026, we gathered around pizzas and drinks and dove into role‑playing games to truly explore what it means to be a cluster lead.
If you’re excited about joining us on this amazing adventure, feel free to reach out by email at community@citycampus.be.
We’d be thrilled to have you with us!

Technical Issues? What to Do! 🔧
To make sure everything runs smoothly and any technical issues are resolved as quickly as possible, we’d like to remind you of the simple process to contact our support team.
If you experience any technical issue (electricity, plumbing, heating, internet, etc.), please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Create a task on Rentio and describe the issue clearly. The more information you provide, the faster we can help!
2️⃣ Assign the task to Ismael, our Technical Manager and Concierge.
3️⃣ Then send him a WhatsApp message at +32 472 62 68 36 to inform him. This ensures he sees your request quickly and can take action without delay.
⚠️ Please make sure the task is created first so we can track and resolve the issue efficiently.
Weekend Support – We’re Here When It Really Matters💚
Please remember that during the weekend, staff can be contacted for urgent technical issues only:
🔔 Alarm problems
💡 Electricity or lighting issues
💧 Water leaks
If this happens:
1️⃣ Create a task in Rentio.
2️⃣ Then call Ismaël or send him a message on WhatsApp at +32 472 62 68 36.
Any other concerns not related to the situations above are considered non-urgent and will be handled with care on Monday.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation — it really helps us focus on true emergencies during the weekend. And provide you with better help.
