At CityCampus, we share much more than a place to live: we are building a true community. And this community comes alive because of you.

We are currently working on reopening the BAR, a space designed for you to gather, laugh, create memories… and enjoy unforgettable game nights.
To make this place truly yours, we need your ideas! Which games would you like to play during our evenings? Chess, Werewolf, Uno, Scrabble… or maybe a game only you know and would love to introduce to others?
Share your suggestions at +32 470 94 13 81 and let’s make the heart of CityCampus beat in unison.

Your voice matters. Your creativity too. And together, let’s turn this BAR into a place where everyone feels at home.

Vacuum Accountability

Caring for a place also means caring for one another

A communal vacuum cleaner is accessible on your floor. Beyond its practical purpose, it symbolizes our collective commitment to maintaining a respectful and pleasant shared environment.

Please use it thoughtfully—WATER, store it properly, and keep it in good condition.

In a fast‑moving world, these everyday actions become signs of trust. They say, “I’m doing my part because I know you’ll do yours.” This is how a community grows: through simple habits, shared responsibility, and care for what we hold in common.

Thank you for looking after this vacuum as you look after your space, and for helping create a place where everyone feels good.

♻️ Sort It Right — Keep Your Kickens Clean

A small effort that makes a big difference

Using the right bin makes a real difference for everyone — especially for the cleaning staff who work hard every day to keep our campus pleasant.

  • Blue bin — plastic, metal packaging and drink cartons

  • Black bin — general and residual waste

  • Green bin — recycling (bottles, cans, packaging)

  • Yellow bin — cardboard

A few seconds of sorting keeps the building cleaner, protects the staff’s work, and shows respect for the people who take care of our environment.

Shower seal check

We have recently identified a potential quality issue with some of the silicone seals in the showers. In order to accurately identify the bathrooms concerned and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we need your help.

👉 Could you please check the condition of the silicone seals in your shower?

If you notice any issues (damaged or peeling seals, etc.), please send a mail to info@citycampus.be with:

The quicker we have an answer, the quicker we can work it out.

Take care of Your Kitchen

We are committed to providing you with high‑quality facilities to ensure a better living environment, and we kindly expect you to take great care of the building.

Let’s gently remind ourselves of a few important habits:

  • 🗑 If the bin is full, please take a moment to empty it and leave it clean.

  • 🍽 Please don’t leave utensils, plates, or pans in the sink or on tables. Wash, dry, and put them away right after use.

  • Wipe surfaces and leave the kitchen tidy once you’re done.

Cleaning up after yourself is not just about rules — it’s about respect. Respect for the cleaning staff, for your neighbors, for the shared environment, and for the sense of community we are building together.

Thank you for understanding.
