A New Manager Joins the CityCampus Team

Managing Director - Chady, welcome at CityCampus!

This early April marks an exciting new chapter for our residence: we are delighted to welcome a new manager, to strengthen the support and community life within CityCampus.

With a solid background as a director in the hospitality industry, he brings valuable expertise in customer service, operational excellence, and structured organization. For him, it’s all about creating an environment where people feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home. This mindset guides every interaction, every project, and every improvement we implement for you.

Available, attentive, and deeply people‑oriented, he is committed to creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported. His goal — just like ours — is clear: to accompany you in the best possible way throughout your experience at CityCampus, whether it’s during your move‑in, your daily life, or your integration into the community.

We are thrilled to have him on board and look forward to you meeting him soon.

✨ New Cleaning Kits in Your Kitchens

Caring for a place also means caring for one another

To make your shared spaces cleaner and more comfortable, each kitchen cluster now has a fresh cleaning kit:

  • 🧽 Sponge

  • 🧴 Dish soap

  • 🧻 Towels

Important: These items must stay in the shared kitchen. They are for everyone — not for personal use or removal.

Help us keep your space pleasant: 👉 Check that your kit stays in place 👉 Use it, respect it, share it

Together, we keep CityCampus clean and welcoming.

Thank you for your cooperation!

🏆 New Challenge: Which Kitchen Will Be the Best Maintained?

This month, CityCampus is launching a brand‑new challenge to encourage cleanliness, respect, and community spirit in your shared spaces.

Each month, we will select the best‑maintained kitchen — the one that has shown:

  • consistency in cleaning

  • respect for community living rules

  • collective care for the space and equipment

🎁 The reward?

The winning cluster will receive a €35 voucher to spend on a shared meal or gifts for the members of the kitchen.

So… which kitchen will win next month’s prize?! Who’s ready to take on the challenge?

It’s your move, CityCampus!

✨Congratulations to Copenhagen 2nd Floor

Your cleanliness, sense of design, and collective care have truly stood out to our entire team.

We are delighted to offer you this voucher of €35 as a token of appreciation.

Thank you for your consistency and commitment — keep it up!

🚪 Copenhagen 1st: The door is accessible again!

Good news for all residents of the Copenhagen building: the 1st‑floor door is now reopened.

You can once again use the walkway to access your floors easily.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We’re happy to make circulation smoother again at CityCampus.

🔐 Your Safety Matters

When you arrive at CityCampus, we provide you with two essential items:

  • a key for your room

  • a personalized badge, giving access only to your floor and to the main entrances of the building

This system is intentional. It is designed to ensure a safe and secure environment, where everyone can feel at ease.

👉 No one from outside your floor can access it, and this is a key part of keeping your living space protected.

Recently, however, we have noticed behaviors that go against these safety rules:

🔸 sharing keys

🔸 lending badges

🔸 unauthorized access between floors

Even when done “to help someone out,” these actions compromise the safety of the entire community.

We want all students — women and men alike — to feel safe in their living environment. This is why we ask you to follow one simple but essential rule:

Share your key or badge, under any circumstances.

Keep them with you at all times, and do not hand them to anyone.

CityCampus is your home. Safety also depends on you. Every choice you make can enhance your experience here.

Thank you for taking these safety rules seriously and for helping us maintain a secure and respectful environment for everyone.
