🎓 Exam Period: The Entire CityCampus Team Wishes You the Best For Your Exams
May officially marks the beginning of the exam period, and the whole CityCampus team would like to share a simple but sincere message: we wish every one of you the very best for your exams. You’ve worked hard all year, and the coming weeks are your chance to show everything you’ve learned.
🌿 A calm environment to help everyone focus
To make sure all residents can revise in the best possible conditions, we kindly ask you to keep noise levels low in the hallways, kitchens, and common areas. A small individual effort makes a big collective difference.
📍 Study spaces available for you
Feel free to use the study room and quiet areas around the residence. They’re designed to help you work comfortably, whether alone or in small groups.
💬 A word of support
Exams can be stressful, but you’re not alone. CityCampus remains a place where you can breathe, recharge, and support one another. Take care of yourselves, respect your own pace, and remember that every effort counts.
The next article will share a list of simple and effective study tips to help you stay focused and organised throughout this intense period.
📚Study Tips: Simple Habits to Help You Revise Effectively
To close this May edition, we wanted to leave you with a few easy, practical tips to help you get through the exam period with more calm and confidence. Nothing complicated — just small habits that truly make a difference when applied regularly.
🌙 1. Get enough sleep
Sleep is your best ally. A good night’s rest is often more valuable than an extra hour of late‑night studying.
🌅 2. Make the most of your mornings
Morning hours are often when concentration is at its highest. If possible, schedule your most challenging study sessions at this time.
🥗 3. Eat balanced meals
Fruits, vegetables, healthy snacks… Your brain performs better when it’s properly fueled. Try to avoid heavy meals that make you feel sluggish.
⏱️ 4. Take regular breaks
Your brain needs time to breathe. A 5–10 minute break every 45 minutes can significantly boost your productivity.
📵 5. Limit screen time before bed
Blue light disrupts sleep. Try to switch off screens at least 30 minutes before going to sleep.
🗂️ 6. Create a realistic study plan
A simple plan you can actually follow is better than a perfect plan you’ll abandon. Break your revision into small, manageable steps.
By applying these tips, you’ll give yourself the best possible conditions to approach your exams with focus and peace of mind. The entire CityCampus team is cheering you on — and we’ll see you in the next newsletter to celebrate your efforts and reveal the results of the photo contest.
You can do it!
